What if you could take away traumatic images that replay in your head over and over again? What if that could be done with the wave of a hand and in a short period of time, maybe even in an hour or less. What if you could get your life back? Accelerated Resolution Therapy allows people to keep the knowledge of the event or issue but lose the pain.

Laney Rosenzweig, MS, LMFT is the founder of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and the CEO of Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery (RCRR). She has been in the mental health field since 1989.

Dr. Diane Show with Andrew Matusiak Podcast

Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or ART, was created to help people who have experienced trauma. The protocol that is delivered is meant to bring up original traumatic experiences and actually change the way that the information is ultimately stored.

What Is ART?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly, most often within one session! Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone. Nightmares and repeated intrusive thoughts will stop.

Some of the growing body of research that shows ART can do this may be found by clicking here.  ART is recognized as evidenced-based by the Society of Clinical Psychology, Div. 12 of the American Psychological Association (APA).

ART is also unique in that it combines the enormous power of eye movements to allow voluntary changes in the client’s mind with well-established therapies like Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery. Within the ART protocol, the eye movements, along with other ART enhancements, make these therapies work much faster and more effectively.  Read more

About ART

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) takes the best of well-known therapies and combines them with eye movements similar to those we using during the (REM) Rapid Eye Movement phase of sleep.

How ART Can Help

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) utilizes a re-scripting process called Voluntary Image Replacement (VIR) to assist clients in replacing negative images with positive ones.
